保磁控制設(shè)備有兩種系列產(chǎn)品：GTBM系列產(chǎn)品適用于一般定電壓方式控制場合；LPBM系列產(chǎn)品具有保磁功能的同時具有調(diào)磁功能，通過自由調(diào)節(jié)電磁鐵的勵磁電壓，可方便地控制吸放鋼板的張數(shù)。此兩系列產(chǎn)品為本公司對原GTBM和LPBMPC系列產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)診斷改造升級產(chǎn)品，提高了原系列產(chǎn)品的使用可靠性和技術(shù)先進性，明顯減少了用戶的維護工作量。

　　1、作業(yè)中遇電網(wǎng)突然停電時，自動切換電源，在設(shè)定時間內(nèi)保證被吸物不致掉落，并可打開卷揚機抱閘，將被吸物安全放下。
　　
　　2、設(shè)備成套性好，配有專門的充電設(shè)備及完善的顯示檢測報警裝置。
　　
　　3、采用閥控式全密封鉛酸免維護電池，充電時無需人工值守，監(jiān)控電池狀況自動切換充電方式，使用壽命長。
　　
　　4、裝置輕巧；安裝時無特殊求：維護保養(yǎng)方便。GTBM系列產(chǎn)品還可以增加了行車UPS電源，此UPS電源具有以下功能；
　　
　　1)、輸入由電池提供的220V直流電壓，輸出380V50Hz的三相交電流。
　　
　　2)、在吸料時，若電網(wǎng)停電而被吸物下方不具備下放條件，可控制天車的小車移動。
　　
　　3）、停電時可控制提升機構(gòu)的交流制動器工作，因此，使用該產(chǎn)品，不必將原來的交流制動器更換成直流制動器。

　　選型及注意事項Attentions for model selection
　　1、電磁鐵額定電壓與設(shè)備輸出電壓相符；電磁鐵的電流（消耗功率）之和應(yīng)小于或等于整流控制設(shè)備的輸出電流（功率）。
　　
　　2、起重設(shè)備提升機構(gòu)的電磁抱閘，在不使用行車UPS電源的情況下，應(yīng)改為直流電磁抱閘。
　　
　　3、工作環(huán)境溫度在50℃以上，或有改型、擴容等特殊要求，訂貨時需注明。
